You don’t need any training to play dialog’. Facilitating dialog’ in a classroom, organization, or community is different: it takes the right mindset, skills, and tools.
Three complementary training paths ensure the quality and long-term impact of the approach.

An online workshop, open to everyone, to explore the game in depth and learn how to confidently facilitate informal dialog’ sessions — from setting the right framework and ground rules to developing the right facilitation mindset.
It’s the natural starting point for teachers, parents, and after-school educators. 65+ facilitators already certified.

Dialog’ Master
Become dialog' Master and ambassadeur
Individual online preparation followed by a hands-on workshop led by Savoir-Relier experts to master the fundamentals of dialog’ and Savoir-Relier and learn how to facilitate dialog’ in professional settings — schools, public services, and organizations.
Complete the one-day training to become a certified dialog’ Master, qualified to design and facilitate dialog’ sessions in professional settings and join the network of certified practitioners. 27+ dialog’ Masters already certified.
Third training
Dialog’ Expert
Become Dialog' Expert Lead
An advanced program for dialog’ Masters who want to lead dialog’ projects and support colleagues in using the approach.
Over six months, become the dialog’ Lead for your school or organization: learn to train and support other facilitators, coordinate dialog’ initiatives, and lead the measurement of relationship climate and impact.
Format — Flexible to fit your needs — for example, over a three-month period — with in-person or hybrid options, available in French or English, and follow-up support after 3 to 6 months.

Resources provided — dialog’ game sets, educational guides — including La Fabrique dialog’ — the digital platform and practical resources, print or digital learning journals, and templates for observation and self-assessment.
Institutional alignment — designed to align with key frameworks and programs of your institution, psychosocial skills, civic and moral education, the Citizenship Pathway, and the Health Education Pathway.
Certification — upon completion of the program, you earn the dialog’ Expert certification and join the network of certified dialog’ practitioners.
Pre and post experience training
Structured dialogue is designed to become part of pre-experience and professional development programs for educators and school leaders, including regional education authority training programs.
