Why your support matters
Because relational violence is a silent crisis.
50% of adolescents (13-15) in the world face cases of violence at shcool or around. And beyond the cases we see are all those that are never reported: everyday forms of violence, isolation, being silenced, and the gradual erosion of self-esteem. Together, they represent a major hidden threat to young people’s mental health and to social cohesion.
Because youth is when so much is shaped.
Between the ages of 3 and 18, relationship skills are built — or weakened. A child who learns to listen before judging, put emotions into words, and make space for others without needing to interrupt develops the skills to navigate disagreement without violence later in life.
Because violence is not a fatality
School violence is not simply a matter of discipline. It is also a matter of relationship skills — and these skills can be learned, just like reading or math. This conviction is rooted in thirty years of research at HEC Paris and MIT, and in what we have been observing and testing in the field of education with dialog’ over the past three years.
Because we act early — before a crisis, not after.
Most programs intervene once conflict has already taken hold. dialog’ focuses on what comes before it: the everyday quality of attention, listening, and conversation. It is a form of primary prevention, designed to complement — not compete with — existing intervention programs.
Because we make a point to measure impact.
Every dialog’ rollout includes a scientific impact measurement protocol combining questionnaires, observation tools, and analysis. Starting in fall 2026, more than 700 students are taking part in a controlled study led by HEC Paris.

dialog’ fonctionne sans salariés permanents : des indépendants et des bénévoles alignés sur la mission, un conseil stratégique bénévole. Ce modèle réduit les charges fixes et permet de maintenir la gratuité pour les écoles publiques et les familles en situation de fragilité. Le coût par élève touché s’établit autour de 5 € en cumul sur trois ans — peu d’interventions éducatives affichent ce rapport.

Tax relief
As a French public-interest nonprofit organization, dialog’ qualifies for French tax benefits on donations. For individuals subject to French income tax, 66% of the amount donated can be deducted from income tax, up to 20% of taxable income — meaning a €100 donation costs you just €34 after tax relief. For companies, 60% of the donation is eligible for a tax reduction, subject to the applicable legal limits. An official French tax receipt (Cerfa 11580) is automatically issued for every eligible donation.

S’ENGAGER AUTREMENT
Donner du temps
Bénévoles, ambassadeurs, animateurs : 45+ facilitateurs et 16 bénévoles actifs portent déjà le jeu sur le terrain. Si vous avez quelques heures par mois, une session à animer près de chez vous ou un réseau à ouvrir, écrivez-nous.

un rapport d’impact co-signé, des indicateurs intermédiaires trimestriels issus du baromètre ISR-dialog’, et une restitution publique des résultats — sans attendre la publication académique.
Rendre des comptes
Transparence
dialog’ est une association loi 1901 d’intérêt général (RNA W841007361), présidée par Valérie Gauthier et administrée par un Bureau et un Conseil d’administration de 15 membres bénévoles. Les comptes et l’affectation des fonds sont présentés chaque année dans le rapport d’activité public. Les dons sont collectés via HelloAsso, plateforme de paiement agréée, sans commission prélevée sur l’association.

Adhérer et donner, est-ce la même chose ?
L’adhésion fait de vous un membre de l’association ; le don finance les actions. En pratique, tout don vous rend membre, et l’achat d’une boîte vous offre l’adhésion pour un an.
Mon don est-il déductible ?
Oui, à hauteur de 66 % pour les particuliers et 60 % pour les entreprises, sous réserve des plafonds légaux. Un reçu fiscal vous est envoyé automatiquement.
Puis-je donner régulièrement ?
Oui, et c’est la forme de soutien la plus utile : elle permet de s’engager auprès d’un établissement sur une année scolaire complète.
Je représente une école sans budget.
Écrivez-nous : la gratuité est maintenue pour les écoles publiques et les familles en situation de fragilité — grâce précisément aux dons.
Comment saurai-je ce que mon soutien a produit ?
